Now Accepting 2025-26 Snow Removal Bids
Snow removal includes the plowing of all parking lots and main sidewalks from November 1 to March 31. Areas include the church parking lot, all sidewalks next to school buildings (except along Calumet Ave), under skywalk, Tech Ed parking, student parking, sides and front of bus garage up to Front street and out to village road, 6th street from Front street East across basketball courts.
Snow dump areas include grounds beyond basketball courts, the yard between the church and paved parking lot, toward the lake along student lot and bus garage, and the alley way next to Tech Ed building (not to impede parking). Snow pushed in other areas will need to be relocated as we see fit. Snow piled by the church will need to be transported to North side of the athletic field if/when it reaches the parking area.
Snow removal is expected once daily M-F with any snowfall or drifting above 2” to be completed by 7am. The church parking lot is also to be cleared on weekends by 8am. If plowing is done and we receive another 3” or more before 7am you are required to have the new snow cleared for the start of the school day.
Sanding of plowed areas is not required.
Damaged property, fencing, posts, retaining walls, etc. are your responsibility to repair as needed.
Submit bid to the superintendent’s office or deliver to Brad Fortin in person, text, or email by 4 pm on Wednesday, October 8.
